BRB Siloen® DA 293

BRB Siloen® DA 293 by BRB International BV is an easy to incorporate, silicone-based antifoam emulsion. This defoamer shows high efficiency at very low addition level. Its efficient foam control does not affect the aspect of the coating. It can be diluted with water. It is suitable for high PVC (60-85) emulsion system. Recommended for high-solid coating where it can be a cost-effective alternative to mineral oil based defoamers. BRB Siloen® DA 293 is mainly designed for industrial applications and water-based architectural coatings. The typical addition level is 0.1% to 0.6% by weight as supplied, seldom up to 0.8%.
