Borchi® Gol MA

Borchi® Gol MA by Borchers is low molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane. Acts as a flow & levelling- and anti-floating agent. It is 100% active. Improves leveling & anti-float properties, reduces surface tension, prevents pigment float and improves scratch resistance. Promotes flow in polymers which physically dry like alkyd binders. Promotes uniform floating of paraffin and deaeration in paraffin containing unsaturated polyester paints. Borchi® Gol MA is recommended to use primarily in top coats as it may intensify defects caused by over-baking. Dosage is 0.01 to 0.05 % of total weight of formulation depending upon the binder system and 0.001% in paraffin containing polyester paints.
