Borchi® Gen SN 95 by Borchers (Milliken) is a high molecular weight, non-ionic, APEO- and VOC-free dispersing agent. It significantly reduces the mill base viscosity of concentrated organic pigment dispersions. It prevents settling and re-flocculation, reduces haze, maintains color, enhances shade and gloss.
  • It provides low viscosity dispersions, high transparency with organic pigments, high jetness with carbon black and long-term dispersion stability.
  • It is specially designed for dispersing difficult organic pigments and carbon black in water-based systems.
  • It is suitable for printing inks, automotive- and industrial coatings.
  • Depending on the pigment grade, the recommended dosage level of Borchi® Gen SN 95 for organic pigments is 30-140%, for carbon black is 80–200% and for titanium dioxide is 5-12%.
