Borchers® Dry 0410

Borchers® Dry 0410 by Borchers is a manganese neodecanoate (40-60%). Acts as a cobalt-free primary drier. Provides rapid surface drying and very good through-drying properties, thus enabling even drying of the applied film. It does not lead to the degradation of drying ability even after extended storage. The activity of the siccative metal is enhanced by its combination with an organic drying accelerator. It replaces other primary driers, especially cobalt siccatives. Used either in clear coats or in pigmented coating systems, for solvent borne air-drying alkyd resin coatings, VOC-reduced- and high solids coatings systems. Borchers® Dry 0410 recommended dosage is 0.1 - 0.5% by weight based on solid binder and in pigmented system is 0.1 - 0.3% by weight metal based on solid binder. It complies with FDA.
