Berset® 2040

Aldehyde. Acts as a highly-effective crosslinking agent. Crosslinks all normally used synthetic and natural binders in pigmented or non-pigmented systems. Offers good wet rub resistance and good wet pick up resistance. Shows compatibility with most coatings additives. Provides coatings exhibiting stable viscosity. Imparts good coating stability. Approved by FDA in paper and paperboard industry. Used in most types of paper coating systems.
