HY-1608

HY-1608 by Beijing Mayor Chemical Technology is a wetting agent. This grade is octylphenol ethoxylate which possesses excellent surface activity and wetting properties. It can promote wetting of the pigment surface and reduce the viscosity of pigment system. It can improve the adhesion of the film to the substrate. It can significantly reduce the surface tension of water. HY-1608 is suitable for water-based paint system. The recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0% calculated on the total quantity of the paint system.
