Acrylan VT 250

Acrylan VT 250 is a non-ionic polyurethane-based thickener by Baumeister. It is suitable as an associative thickener producing a largely newtonian rheological profile. It exhibits excellent compatibility with all binder dispersions and all types of thickeners such as HEU, HASE or cellulose ether. Acrylan VT 250 provides improved fiber coverage, good paper smoothness, reduced binder amount and improved coat runnability. It is recommended for high-solid coatings.
