BC 403 by KCC Basildon (Momentive) is a wetting agent and leveling additive. The aqueous and non-aqueous surface tensions of organo-modified silicones are lower than conventional organic surfactants. BC 403 exhibits surfactant like qualities and profoaming. It is used in polymer-based floor coating formulations. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
