Translink® 445

Translink® 445 by BASF is a calcined and surface-treated aluminosilicate. Acts as a high-performance reinforcing extender. It reduces water absorption, increases tensile and flexural strength, increases heat deformation temperature and improves dimensional stability when compounded in polymeric systems. Translink® 445 is compatible with polyamides, polyesters, epoxies, phenolics and other polar polymers. Used in polyamides (6, 66 and blends), TPE / TPO, epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
