Omnirad 784 by IGM Resins is a reactive orange colored solid photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to visible light or UV light.

It can be used as the sole initiator or in combination with other initiators and mono or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents.
It is suitable for LED and through cure.
It shows photo-bleaching properties and can be used in clear, white and pigmented systems.
The recommended addition level is 0.1 - 5% by weight of total formulation.
It is used in metal coatings.
Omnirad 784 has a shelf life of 24 months.
