Efka® FL 3777

Efka® FL 3777 (old name: Efka® 3777 N) by BASF is a defoamer, anti-cratering agent and leveling agent based on fluorocarbon modified polymer. Offers improved levelling, prevents cratering and helps substrate wetting. It does not interfere with intercoat adhesion. Used in baking enamels based on alkyd, acrylic or polyester resins and polyurethane-, two-pack epoxy- and air-drying alkyd coatings. Used in TSCA regulation. It has a shelf life of 4 years. Recommended dosage level of Efka® FL 3777 is 0.5–2.0% on total formulation.
