Efka® 2018

Efka® 2018 by BASF is a silicone-free defoaming agent. It is used for various coating systems such as solvent-based wood finishes, clear, polyurethane and acid-curing coatings and NC lacquers. It possesses very good compatibility properties. Efka® 2018 prevents entrapment of air during processing steps such as stirring and pumping. It offers efficiency during application. It suits for spraying or curtain coating applications. Its recommended usage level is 0.1 - 1.0% on total formulation.
