DSX® 3800

DSX® 3800 by BASF is a non-ionic, solvent-free rheological additive for aqueous coatings. It is an environmentally friendly associative polyurethane thickener. Provides very good flow and leveling. Exhibits very good sag resistance and good gloss. DSX® 3800 offers improved hiding power and a strong reduction of spattering in roller-application. Used in interior and exterior latex paints as well as aqueous wood-, industrial- and parquet coatings, resin based plasters, aqueous anti-corrosion paints and printing inks. It has a shelf life of 2 years. The dosage level is 0.3-2.0%.
