Dispex® Ultra PX 4585

Dispex® Ultra PX 4585 by BASF is a waterborne dispersant of the acrylate block copolymer It is made by controlled free radical polymerization (CFRP). This technology allows formulating polymeric dispersants with defined polymer architecture and low poly-dispersity index. Offers high efficiency in stabilizing pigments and demonstrates wide compatibility with many water-based resin systems. Dispex® Ultra PX 4585 is suitable for use in organic and inorganic pigments, resin-free pigment concentrates, resin-minimal pigment concentrates and in broad pH ranges during the grinding and let-down phases. Particularly suited for the dispersion of pigments in water-based-, decorative-, industrial- and automotive OEM & refinish coatings.
