Acronal® PLUS 7018

Acronal® PLUS 7018 dispersion is developed by BASF with the EC-Lock Technology to minimize the early formation of rain streak marks also known as snail trails. It helps maintain appearance of dark exterior coatings. Outstanding color retention and water impermeability improve durability of exterior coatings. Prevents water penetration by forming a high-density crosslinked film. This locks the excipients, which can stop them migrating to the surface. Hence, it avoids formation of dirt streak marks on the coating surfaces. Acronal® PLUS 7018 also functions as a hydrophobically modified dispersing agent and improves coating performance.
