Natrosol™ 250 HHR

Natrosol™ 250 HHR by Ashland is a high efficiency non-ionic thickener, water retention aid and rheology modifier. It is a water-soluble, hydroxyethyl cellulose surface-treated with glyoxal. It controls rheology before, during, and after application.

It offers good pseudoplastic flow behavior, mechanical- and chemical stability.
It shows wide compatibility with other materials such as emulsion polymers, natural and synthetic gums, emulsifiers, defoamers, pigments, surfactants, & preservatives.
Natrosol™ 250 HHR provides fast dispersion, good color acceptance, color development and viscosity retention on tinting.
It is suitable for all types of water-based paints and surface coatings.
It can be used as a protective colloid, stabilizer and suspending agent.
