Dextrol™ OC-7525 by Ashland is an APEO-free ammonium salt of phosphate ester (10 moles). Acts as a dispersing agent and surfactant. It is hydrophilic. It improves gloss, color acceptance and water sensitivity. Dextrol™ OC-7525 is recommended for waterborne latex paints.
