Dextrol™ OC-40 INT by Ashland is a phosphate ester surfactant. Acts as an emulsifier and wetting & dispersing agent. Offers improved gloss, color acceptance, and water sensitivity. It helps in dispersion of pigments during processing, enhance surface wetting and reduce flash rusting and stabilize emulsion in emulsion polymerization production of synthetic latex resins. Dextrol™ OC-40 INT is suitable for waterborne architectural paints applications. Listed with SARA 311/312 Hazards, AUSTR (Australia), DSL (Canada), IECSC (China), ENCS (Japan), PICCS (Philippines), KECL (Korea), TSCA (USA) inventories and 29 CFR 1910.1200 (OSHA HazCom 2012) regulation.
