DURANATE™ D101

DURANATE™ D101 by Asahi Kasei is a low viscosity hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI)-based polyisocyanate. Acts as a curing agent. It is a bifunctional prepolymer grade with good elasticity. Designed for polymerization and cross-linking of urethanes. Provides excellent weatherability, good chemical & abrasion resistance, good adhesion and drying properties. Shows excellent color retention and outstanding performance. Recommended for coating applications in automotive, architectural, industrial, consumer electronic and information technology. Other applications of DURANATE™ D101 include gravure, offset and screen inks.
