UV-400 by Anyang General Chemical is a liquid hydroxyphenyl-triazine (HPT) UV absorber. It provides improved durability of clear coats by retarding gloss reduction, delamination, cracking and blistering when combined with hindered amine light stabilizer. UV-400 is used in coatings.
