EBECRYL® 168

EBECRYL® 168 by allnex is acidic methacrylate-based adhesion promoter. EBECRYL® 168 is characterized by improved compatibility, light color, low viscosity and acid functionality. It may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain and immersion coating methods. It is designed for ultraviolet and electron beam curable coatings on metal. The typical usage level is between 1-5% by weight of the total formulation. Recommended for use in general metal coatings & primers, coatings for galvanized pipes & tubes. Also used in coil coatings.
