Bermocoll® EBS 431 FQ by Nouryon improves the consistency, stability and water retention of water-based products. It shows weak surface activity. It is non-ionic, cellulose ether with enhanced enzyme resistance. Easily dispersed in cold water of pH 7 or less. Can be used in latex paints for thickening and stabilizing effects, particularly when high storage viscosity combined with low application viscosity is required. Recommended usage level of Bermocoll® EBS 431 FQ is 0.2 - 0.7 % calculated on the total paint weight.
