Afcona -5010

Afcona -5010 by Afcona Additives is an acidic polyester phosphorous compound solution-based anionic wetting and dispersing additive for inorganic pigments, mainly for TiO₂ as well as extenders. It exhibits very good viscosity reduction properties. Due to the effective viscosity reduction, it also decreases dispersing time. In electrostatic spraying system for pure white paint, it gives the highest gloss performance.

• Afcona -5010 is used in automotive (OEM and refinish), general industrial and coil coating.
• Recommended dosage is 1.0-4.0% based on TiO₂ or extenders and 5.0-10.0% based on other inorganic pigments.
• It has a shelf life of 5 years.
