Afcona -4017

Modified polyurethane polymer. Acts as a polymeric dispersant. Does not depend on polarity and perform well in almost all resins system especially for dark color co-grinding. Used for co-grinding, especially for coil and can coating, baking polyester, acrylic, epoxy as well as polyurethane. Addition and dosage : Calculation method for the required amount of AFCONA-4017 on pigment: TiO2 : 6 - 8%, Other inorganic pigments : 5 - 10%, Organic pigments : 20 - 40%, Carbon blacks : 30 - 60%. However the optimum dosage will be 1% in total formulation.
