Modified polyurethane polymer with caprolactone. Acts as a dispersant for deflocculation of for stabilizing inorganic and some organic pigments. Is compatible with long, medium and short oil alkyds, NC, polyurethanes, certain thermoplastic acrylics, epoxy and all the resins for baking paint. Due to its particularly good combination of price and performance, it is a very attractive product to substitute conventional wetting and dispersing agents in all kind of coating systems. Can be used as post adding additive to correct flooding and floating in all solvent-based paints. If used in mill bases as co-grinding dispersant, the anti-flooding as well as floating property is also good. Not easy dry up. Addition and dosage: Calculation method for the required amount of active ingredient of dispersant on pigment: TiO2 : 2-3%, Other inorganic pigments : 2-5%, Organic pigments : 20-40%, Carbon blacks : 20-50%.
