Fluorocarbon modified polymer. Acts as anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent. is the first generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. Prevents the craters and does not interfere with intercoat adhesion. Due to the fluorocarbon modification, it gives lower surface tension than normal pure polyacrylic leveling agents and therefore it gives better anti-crater performance as well as substrate wetting. Used for all solvent- based coatings especially for baking paints, PU coatings and epoxies. Addition and dosage: 0.3 -2.0% on total formulation. In general, under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.3 -1.0% based on total formulation.
