Afcona -3522

Organically modified polysiloxane emulsion (APE-free). Basically, the silicone used in AFCONA-3522 is a hydrophobic polymer that after drying gives water resistance and slip performance to the coating. Promotes the general surface characteristics and improves anti-crater, substrate wetting, leveling, low foam stabilizing in water, slip, surface smoothness as well as water-repellency. Is recommended for use in all kinds of water-based coatings. Addition and dosage: 0.1– 1.0% on total formulation. In general, under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.1 – 0.5% based on total formulation.
