Fluorocarbon containing organically modified polysiloxane. Reduces the surface tension, improves the substrate wetting, anti-crater performance and levelling (especially vertical levelling). Is extremely compatible with most paint systems and can be used in both water as well as solvent-based industrial coatings. The advantage of improved substrate wetting, caused by reduced interfacial tension, also results in foam stabilization in most cases. Used in plastic coatings like PU, UV and thermoplastic acrylic system, industrial baking systems where anti-crater and vertical leveling is needed as well as other solvent based coating. Addition and dosage: 0.05 – 0.5% on total formulation. In general under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.05 – 0.2% based on total formulation.
