Afcona -2505

Afcona -2505 by Afcona Additives is a water-based defoamer and anti-foaming agent, especially for micro foams. It is an organically modified polysiloxane. It has very good performance in high shear applications. It is suitable for pigment concentration preparation and high-speed flexo printing process. Afcona -2505 is effective in normal coating ranging from PU dispersion to normal acrylic-based decorative paints and UV systems. The recommended dosage level is 0.05-1.00% and under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.05-0.25% and for pigment paste preparation is 0.5-1.0%. The shelf-life is 3 years.
