Afcona -1102

Modified polyacrylate polymer. Acts as a universal dispersing resin for preparation of universal pigment concentrate. The stability and deflocculation ability of the pigment concentrate is highly depending on the selected dispersant. On the other hand, the compatibility of the pigment concentrate depends not only on the dispersant, but also on the universal resin chosen in the formulation. Offers better viscosity reduction. Provides better compatibility, especially in thermoplastic resins and epoxy. Is more economic than AFCONA – 1101. Addition and dosage: For pigment concentrate: Inorganic pigments 4-5 times of solid dispersant, Organic pigment 3-5 times of solid dispersant.
