ADDAPT® PEX™ 106-SI

ADDAPT® PEX™ 106-SI by ADDAPT Chemicals acts as a corrosive inhibitor and emulsifier. It is a hydrophilic mixture of mono- and di-phosphate esters of an oxo-alcoholethoxylate. It is an easy to handle liquid with low viscosity. Exhibits medium foaming tendency and low surface tension properties of up to 28 dynes. It provides maximum solubility and stability in brines at pH 4 to 5. ADDAPT® PEX™ 106-SI finds application in coatings. It is an inherently biodegradable (OECD 302B) grade, suitable for neutralized and alkaline aqueous systems. It is effective against calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate and barium sulphate as well as mixed scales.
