ADDAPT® BioWet™ 175R

ADDAPT® BioWet™ 175R by ADDAPT Chemicals is a solvent-free, non-foaming, readily biodegradable wetting- and levelling agent. It is polyhydroxy amide in water. It offers good water retention properties, improved pigment grinding efficiency and reduction of pigment particle size. It exhibits improved wet-edge (open time) and flow in textured masonry coatings and plasters. ADDAPT® BioWet™ 175R is used as an alternative to fatty alcohols as it improves the applicability (smearing) of thick films. It shows compatibility with potassium meta-silicates. The recommended usage level is 0.05-2.0 wt% based on total formulation.
