MIDSOMER NORTON: Sun Chemical to exhibit the latest additions to its Streamline range of alternative inkjet inks at this year's FESPA Global Expo ,on stand C1 & C5 in hall 8.

Designed for wide and super wide format printers including Epson, Vutek, Roland, Mutoh, Mimaki and Seiko, Sun Chemical's Streamline range of printer compatible solutions are formulated to have matching color and physical properties to those of OEM inks.

The new additions to the Streamline range include: Streamline Ultima HPQ LO, Streamline SGX, Streamline TX and Streamline TBJ.

Streamline Ultima HPQ LO is an upgrade of the existing Ultima HPQ product, now benefitting from Sun Chemical's innovative low odor chemistry. The ink, designed for Mimaki eco solvent printers, combines the highest print quality with low odor properties, ideal for printers working in confined spaces.

Also new are Streamline SGX eco solvent inks. The series has been designed specifically to work with the high performance thin film piezo print heads for the new Epson SureColor 70600 printer. The series also benefits from Sun Chemical’s low odor chemistry.

Streamline TBJ demonstrates Sun Chemical's commitment to the superwide format solvent print market. The product is formulated for the HP Turbojet, offering printers significantly reduced energy consumption through improved drying performance. Streamline TBJ also offers improved overall ink consumption and reduced overspray which removes the need for cleaning between print jobs.

Sun Chemical's first range for the digital textile market, Streamline TX, will also be highlighted at FESPA 2015. Introduced last year at FESPA Digital 2014, Streamline TX is an aqueous based CMYK dye sublimation ink for the soft signage market. The ink offers a vivid color gamut combined with high density black color for direct printed polyester textiles. It offers excellent print-through, a key benefit for printers producing double sided banners such as flags.

Tony Cox, Business Manager, Sun Chemical, comments: "FESPA is always a successful platform for us to showcase our alternative inkjet inks. This year we're pleased to be able to demonstrate new additions to our Streamline range. All our alternative inkjet products are developed to match or exceed the properties of the OEM products and provide an effective alternative for customers. Our low odor inks have been developed for printers working in closed environments, delivering improved comfort for the operator, while Streamline TX serves the escalating market demand for soft signage products. For printers visiting FESPA looking for alternative solutions for inkjet inks, regardless of their choice of inkjet print device, we have a range of products to meet their application needs, supported by deep product expertise and after sales support."
