Vencorex at ECS 2017: Unveiled Polyisocyanate Crosslinker for Waterborne PU Formulations

At ECS 2017, Vencorex had launched its new Easaqua™ X D 870, a high performance polyisocyanate crosslinker for two-component waterborne polyurethane formulations. This new grade is specifically designed to meet the most stringent requirements of VOC emissions regulations.


Eco-friendly Easaqua™ X D 870

  • It is a unique combination of HDI/IPDI derivatives in Easaqua™ technology offered in an eco-friendly solvent – PGDA
  • One of the key benefits of the new Easaqua™ X D 870 is its low viscosity that makes it ready to use
  • It also exhibits the best-in-class balance between compatibility and ease of emulsification into aqueous systems, together with superior performances in terms of drying time and productivity improvement, as well as high chemical resistance which is one of the most appreciated characteristics of the Easaqua™ range

The new Easaqua™ X D 870 is part of Vencorex Easaqua™ products range of self-emulsifiable polyisocyanates, used as crosslinkers of effective environmentally-friendly waterborne polyurethane alternativesto conventional solvent-based materials.
