OMNOVA at PAINTINDIA 2014: Unveiled WB Dispersion & Resin for Coatings

VILLEJUST, France -- OMNOVA Solutions, a global manufacturer of emulsion polymers, exhibited its full range of specialty resins for the coatings industry at PAINTINDIA in Mumbai, India, 6-8 March 2014.

OMNOVA showcased its broad portfolio of coating products (PLIOLITE®, Hydro PLIOLITE®, PLIOWAY® and PLIOTEC®) that add valued performance attributes to applications such as exterior masonry, waterproofing, direct-to-metal, stain blocking, intumescence, as well as floor care.

PAINTINDIA 2014 presented an excellent opportunity to introduce these new waterborne developments:

  • PLIOTEC SA40 - an innovative dispersion particularly suitable for low VOC odorless waterproofing sealers and masonry pigmented primers, providing excellent resistance to alkali and efflorescence, even on fresh concrete.
  • PLIOTEC HDT 12 - new resin specifically designed for the formulation of high gloss anti-corrosion direct-to-metal coatings, with unequaled adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals and outstanding water resistance properties.
