Jotun Yatching Launches a 2K Polysiloxane Topcoat - TopGloss Brush & Roller

Published on 2012-04-03. Author : SpecialChem

For many years, the general perception in the Yachting world has been that two-component paints are for professionals only. Should the Do-It-Yourself user set out to paint the topsides of his boat on his own, the safest choice is one-component paint. However, with the launch of TopGloss Brush and Roller, Jotun Yachting is challenging the old truth and offers the end-user the best of two worlds - a two-component topcoat specially developed for application with brush and roller.

TopGloss Brush and Roller gives the customer the best of two worlds; easy application with brush and roller, while providing the high gloss level - up to 95 gloss units - and the outstanding durability and scratch resistance of a two-component product , says Gemma González Ferrer, Yachting Concept Director.

TopGloss Brush and Roller is launched with a new and contemporary color package, based on the most popular and sold colors in Europe. TopGloss Brush and Roller offers an outstanding hiding power and a spreading rate of 23 m2 per liter. It can also be applied on top of both one-component and two-component primers.
