  • Fast, consistent, and reliable dual cure mechanism
  • Excellent humidity and chemical resistance

Address Higher Temperature Cycling Demands

HumiSeal UV500-2 was developed in collaboration with key OEMs and PCB manufacturers to address higher temperature cycling demands. When properly applied, this product has demonstrated defect-free performance, while achieving cycle counts in the thousands. Such performance is critical to meet the stringent and demanding product durability and reliability EV and autonomous driving platforms (as well as other key industries) require.

Chase Corporation was founded in 1946 and has grown to become an innovative manufacturer of advanced protective materials globally. Chase’s HumiSeal conformal coating brand represents over five decades of experience with the protection of PCBs all over the world. HumiSeal is often considered the originator of conformal coatings, with its product line spanning across all of the standard chemistries, allowing for unbiased and flexible approaches to solutions.
