New Reactor® Hydraulic Proportioner

GRACO is pleased to announce the launch of the new hydraulic Reactor® H-40 and Reactor® H-XP3 proportioners.

GRACO is now able to offer the industry’s only complete line of air, electric and hydraulic powered proportioner systems for polyurethane foam and polyurea coating applications.

The Reactor® H-40 and Reactor® H-XP3 hydraulic proportioners incorporate the best of GRACO and Gusmer technology with the following enhancements:

  • Increased flow over the H-20/35 Pro
  • New material balancing valves - redesigned for isocyanate materials
  • New modular heater electronics - increased performance
  • New horizontal pump - improved seal and cycle life combined with fewer parts
  • New lightweight hydraulics - reduces overall system weight
  • New casted inlet strainer - increased inlet material conditions with analog temperature and pressure gauges
  • Hybrid heater design - 15.3 kW and 20.4 kW heater options utilize direct and mass heating
  • User-defined pressure imbalance - greater flexibility in controlling and preventing off-ratio spray conditions

With the introduction of the Reactor® H-40 and H-XP3 line, the H-20/35 Pro will be discontinued latest within 6 months.

In addition to the proportioner changes, the hydraulic pump line has also been re-designed to enhance the performance of the pump and the proportioner alike. Changes to the hydraulic pump line include:

  • Increased pump performance and seal life
  • Reduced pressure drop through the pump
  • Increased flow through the pump
  • Common ISO and resin pumps - stock one part instead of two
  • Easy to service upper and lower ball checks
  • New seal design for old hydraulic pumps increases performance
