Creative Materials introduces 129-32 thermoformable in-mold compatible electrically conductive ink. This product is applied by conventional screen printing.
Meet High-temperature and Pressure Requirements
129-32 is formulated to provide exceptional thermoforming characteristics and meets the high temperature and pressure requirements of the in-mold electronics (IME) process.
This material is designed to be flexible for forming and is resistant to wash out during the molding process. 129-32 features
excellent adhesion to ABS, polyester, PMMA, polycarbonate (PC), and variety of other high energy surfaces.
Some applications for 129-32 include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding, polymer thick film circuitry, bus bars for backlight switches, and capacitive or resistive touch circuitry.
Creative Materials designs, develops, and custom manufactures specialty electronic inks and adhesives. The company holds both ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. All products are manufactured in the USA.
