Troy Corporation Increases Price Increase for Preservatives

Published on 2006-12-27. Author : SpecialChem

Florham Park, NJ -- Effective January 10, 2007, or as contract terms allow, Troy Corporation will increase prices for certain of its Polyphase®, Mergal®, and Troyshield™ products an average of 5-6%. Continued higher costs for raw materials, packaging, regulatory compliance, and energy make increases necessary to recover a portion of the incremental costs incurred. The increase in cost to manufacture and supply these products has been significantly mitigated by cost savings Troy has obtained through improved efficiency in supply, operations and distribution.

The company continually works to provide customers with added value through innovative products and creative solutions. This price adjustment is needed to ensure customers continue to receive the highest levels of support and latest new technology solutions Troy Corporation provides. Customers interested in learning more about the price increase should contact their local Troy Corporation sales representative.

Founded in 1950, Troy Corporation is a manufacturer of performance materials including industrial preservatives and additives. Corporate headquarters is in Florham Park, NJ, with principal subsidiaries located in Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia
