Strategic Alliance Relating to Surface Coatings

BLAINVILLE -- Mr. Yvon Rancourt, President of NewTech Brake Corp. (OTC : BB : NWTB) is pleased to announce the signature of an equity joint venture between NewTech Brake Corp. and Jiangyin City Ji's Metal Material Co. Ltd. for the creation of a plant dedicated to the surface coating of parts including anti-corrosion and surface properties modifications. This agreement is subject to Chinese Authorities approvals.

Mr. Rancourt has stated: "Our goal is to guarantee to NewTech a better control over supplies, costs and principally quality."

The mission of NewTech Brake Corp. is to develop and exploit opportunities to provide a new, high value-added generation of safer, more efficient and cost-effective full contact disc brakes and related components to the global heavy vehicle market.
