Sico's Vice President General Manager Mr. Yves Gosselin Resigns

Longueuil -- Sico Inc. announces that Mr. Yves Gosselin has resigned as Vice President General Manager, Industrial Sector and Operations a position he held since 2003, to head a company involved in the construction materials industry. Mr. Gosselin will leave the company on February 11 and a successor will be appointed in the following weeks.

" During the 10 years he spent with Sico, Yves has been instrumental in making our company cost competitive ", said Pierre Dufresne President and Chief Executive Officer, Sico inc. " We thank him for his contribution to the success of our company ".
