Rohm and Haas Company Announces Price Increases for Acrylate, Methacrylates and RocryL® Specialty Monomers in the Americas and Europe

Philadelphia, PA -- Rohm and Haas Company (NYSE: ROH) announced that with the continued rising costs of key raw materials, it is increasing off-list prices for Acrylate, Methacrylate and Rocryl® Specialty monomers shown below, effective October 1, 2006. These increases are as follows:
