HOUSTON -- Resolution Performance Products LLC, the
world's leading manufacturer and developer of epoxy resins, is pleased
to announce that Mr. George M. Tomko has been selected as Vice President
and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Tomko will replace Ms. Hanna M. Lukosavich,
who resigned in July of this year.
Mr. Tomko joins Resolution Performance Products LLC with
over 25 years of information technology experience. His most recent position
was as CIO for Astaris, LLC (a 50-50 joint venture company owned by Solutia
Inc. and FMC Corporation). Mr. Tomko has spent the majority of his career
with Solutia Inc. /Monsanto Company in various roles of increasing responsibilities
over information systems. He also held information technology positions
with Amerada Hess and International Paper.
