CLEVELAND -- Pulte Homes, Inc. (NYSE: PHM - News), one of the nation's largest homebuilders, has signed a five-year agreement with The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW - News) as its exclusive provider of paint products. Pulte Homes made the move in order to deliver higher quality to its homebuyers and to improve supply chain efficiency. Financial terms of the agreement were not released.

In its search, Pulte looked for an exclusive paint provider that could provide greater value and quality to its homebuyers, as well as one that exemplified service excellence and national brand leadership.
