Polyaspartic coatings have become popular as an alternative to solventborne acrylics and polyurethanes.

Polyaspartic Coatings Can be Applied in:

  • Parking Decks
  • Residential Garages
  • Retail Spaces
  • Universities and Stadiums

Benefits of Polyaspartic Coatings:

  • Offers superior durability
  • Quick return to service
  • Helps in low temperature application,
  • Helps in high build per coat and excellent “color pop” over decorative, stained floors
  • Helps save time and labor

Reinstadtler’s training session will explore the history and basic science behind modern polyurethane and polyaspartic floor coatings, with particular attention focused on high-performance coatings and sealers based on one-component (1K) and two-component (2K) polyurethane, 2K polyaspartic and 1K waterborne UV-cured resins. These coatings and sealers address industry drivers for sustainability; offer excellent color and gloss retention; and resist abrasions, scratches and chemicals.

Conference visitors are encouraged to attend the seminar to gain a greater understanding of the desired traits, surface preparation and proper application techniques associated with these coating technologies. Additionally, safe use and handling requirements will be covered, and a variety of end-use applications, including an in-depth look at some real world success stories, will be explored. Attendees can earn continuing education credits for participating in the training course.
