Perstorp Appoints NRC to Distribute its Coatings & Resins Products in Bulgaria & Slovenia

Published on 2012-12-13. Author : SpecialChem

Following the overall review of Perstorp's use of sales channels Perstorp announced that during 2nd half of 2012 an extended distribution agreement has been signed between Perstorp AB and the Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH, Hamburg - NRC.

The NRC establishments in Bulgaria as well as Slovenia and Serbia will assume the responsibility for the distribution of a wider group of Perstorp products including the range of polyalcohols, caprolactones, specialty polymers and coalescing agents. These products are mainly addressing the customers in a number of key segments such as adhesives, TPUs, plastics as well as resins and coatings.

The collaboration with NRC will complement Perstorp's own sales force to serve the small and medium sized customers in Bulgaria and the former Yugoslavian markets.

With the positive results of the collaboration between our two companies in DACH, it was natural for us to consider NRC as our partner in these markets as well. The competence and growth ambitions in the various regional offices have convinced us that we will see good results coming out of these additional agreements, says Inna Scholz, Regional Sales Manager.
