Meridian Adhesives Group has announced the acquisition of PolyCom Industries, LLC and its affiliate Eco Dispersions, LLC (“Polycom”), a manufacturer of industrial adhesives and coatings.
Arsenal Capital Partners Created Meridian in 2018
Arsenal Capital Partners ("Arsenal") created Meridian in 2018 as its platform in the global adhesives and sealants sector, focusing on high-value adhesives technologies. In May 2018, Meridian completed the acquisitions of Epoxy Technology and Adhesives Technology Corporation.
Subsequently in September 2018, Meridian acquired W.F. Taylor, LLC and in December 2018 added Evans Adhesive. Polycom represents Meridian's fifth acquisition since its start in 2018. Today, Meridian's portfolio includes high-performance specialty epoxy, polyurethane, hot melt and hybrid adhesives for the electronics, medical, flooring and infrastructure markets.

Polycom to Broaden Arsenal Capital’s Offerings
Polycom will be strategically positioned alongside Taylor Adhesives to broaden their capabilities and offerings to their clients and partners in the flooring industry.
