Lyondell Forms US Distribution Network for Acryflow Polyols

Lyondell Chemical Company (NYSE:LYO) has announced the completion of a U.S. distribution network for its ACRYFLOW™ acrylic polyols.

According to Market Development Manager Joel Heilman, "We have selected specialty chemical distributors with a strong understanding of the coatings markets and technologies. Their technical skills and contacts enable them to more effectively sell the ACRYFLOW product line, as well as some of Lyondell's other specialty products."

The distribution network includes the following companies:

Archway Sales, Inc., St. Louis, Mo., will cover the Central Midwest region. Archway also represents Lyondell's styrene allyl alcohol (SAA) copolymers and POLYMEG® polyols.

Bossco Industries, Inc., Houston, will handle both ACRYFLOW and SAA in the South Central U.S.

Callahan Chemical Company, Palmyra, N.J., will cover the Northeast region. Callahan represents a wide variety of products for Lyondell and Equistar Chemicals, LP.

EMCO Chemical Distributors, Inc., Chicago, Ill., which also handles SAA and various other Lyondell and Equistar products, will cover the Upper Midwest.

Lintech International, Macon, Ga., will represent ACRYFLOW, as well as SAA in the Southeastern U.S.

Specialty Chemical Sales, Inc., Cleveland, will handle ACRYFLOW in Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Western New York and Western Pennsylvania.

Tri-iso, Inc., Claremont, Calif. will represent ACRYFLOW in the Southwest and Western U.S. Tri-iso also represents SAA and POLYMEG polyols for Lyondell.
