Jotun Uses Jotashield Extreme Coatings to Deliver Superior Durability to Mumbai's Residential Area

Jotun India's decorative coating segment has ensured its first project using Jotashield Extreme coatings. The Sursha apartments, a prestigious residential complex in India's commercial capital Mumbai, are the first residential complexes and the first project in India that opted for the Jotashield Extreme coating. The painting area covers a total of 1.5 million square feet.

Jotashield Extreme is a pure acrylic formulation designed for durability in extremely harsh tropical climates. Its unique UV protected colors and heat reflective features offer superior colors with outstanding protection against the destructive effects of sunlight such as UV rays and heat.

The coating was developed using innovative technology, exceeding requirements to deliver outstanding durability, color protection and heat reflection. In addition, Jotashield Extreme provides excellent indoor thermal comfort and lower energy consumption, providing a supplemental upgrade to the already high standards of the Sursha apartments.

The Sursha residential complex is equipped with all modern amenities and facility. Its strategic location in the central suburbs of Mumbai and the proximity to several shopping districts makes it a prime location for urban residents.
